Getting in touch with our hearts, equanimity, joy, compassion, metta.

Time – 10 Minutes

Reflection: Connecting with the Heart

Reflection, guided meditation for the heart (equanimity, joy, compassion, self-forgiveness, metta). Mindful movement at the end of meditation.

Activity – 10 Minute - Gathering Together: Sharing experences in connecting with the heart, equanimity.

Time – 10 Minutes

Talk: Undesired Habits: How to Handle them with Self-Love

Being aware of our undesired habits and strategies for listening to our hearts and being mindful.

Time – 10 Minutes

Reflection: Undesired Habits 

Reflection, guided meditation on worrying thoughts and at times feelings and emotions from which we escape. 

Activity – 10 Minute - Gathering Together: Sharing experences in connecting with the heart, equanimity and summary of 

suggestions for practice during the coming week.
