Being aware of our undesired habits and strategies for listening to our hearts and being mindful.

Reflection: Undesired Habits
Reflection, guided meditation on worrying thoughts and at times feelings and emotions from which we escape.
Activity – 10 Minute - Gathering Together: Sharing experences in connecting with the heart, equanimity and summary of
suggestions for practice during the coming week.
