Applying Mindfulness on a Daily Basis

We will cover mindfulness of the breath, body, sensations, emotions, thinking and the heart for daily invitation, focusing on mindfulness of the body and mindfulness of thinking.

5 Minutes - Greetings, discussion

5 Minutes - Opening meditation, daily invitation

5 Minutes - Body movement meditation (qi gong), daily invitation

20 Minutes - Mindfulness of the Body - Talk and Meditation

20 Minutes - Mindfulness of Thinking - Talk and Meditation

5 Minutes - Summary (how to apply mindfulness daily)
